After receiving a valid notice, we may remove or restrict the reported content and notify the affected user.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files legal action within a reasonable period.

4. Repeat Infringement Policy

Users who repeatedly submit infringing content may have their access restricted or accounts terminated.
